Description: TOMATO & BASIL VEGAN SOUP RECIPE INGREDIENTS USED: * 2 to 3 tablespoons Vegetable Oil (Tel) * 2 knobs of Vegan Butter * 1/2 teaspoon of Salt (Nimak) * 6 Tomatoes (we prefer using Plum Tomatoes) * 1 Medium White Onion * 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric Powder * 1 teaspoon Chilli Powder (or use Paprika Powder if you want to make the soup mild) * A Pinch of Cardamom Powder * Black Peppercorns (or ground Black Pepper) * Fresh Basil Leaves * 4 Cloves of Garlic * 1 inch piece of Ginger * Fresh Coriander Stems (Lila Dhana) not the leaves * Water (Pani) It's about time we shared our family's Tomato & Basil Soup recipe, it's so simple but utterly delicious, it's a perfect winter warmer!!!
